My work + a little advice

Since my PC won't function right anymore, I have a less chance of getting my art work done. I'm currently offline but planning out a wallpaper project which I'm the leader. It's iJoker Studios, as I call my company, will get its own spot and compete with others.

Enough talk, as the title says, I want to give an advice, that could I design a userbar for each new webmaster? This is taking a request, yes, it breaks the rule but it's just how I want the new WM to enjoy their time.

Are you saying that you want to fill requests for user bars ?

The Rule NO Requests Please!!! is more or less meaning I don't want people making requests for me to make them graphics, my time is spread very thin and simply wouldn't have time.
I had a graphics request forum about a year ago and couldn't keep up, so that's why the rule is there.

I don't know if you seen this site before, but there was a lot of content, but I recently updated with new features and decided to start fresh. Anyway Welcome to Webmasters United.

Keep your rule, my point is to design a userbar for each new member. It is not requesting, it's there to make the user feel compatible or whatever you want to call it. If accepted, I'm going to handle it, which mean if user A registers and posts, then I'd give him a free userbar. Then, you can see what's his username and what's his interests are. If you look at my userbar above, you can tell that I'm an admin at ThePSPNerds and I love my PSP.
